Texas Wesleyan University's School of Business Administration is proud to announce the upcoming Rams 好好吃饭, a vital event dedicated to mental health awareness and support. Scheduled for 10月. 25, 2023, from 6 to 7:30 p.m., this free dinner event is open to all students and guests, as the university reaffirms its commitment to the well-being of its community.

The Rams 好好吃饭 is more than just a meal; it's an opportunity for open dialogue and education on critical topics related to mental health. The evening will feature an interactive discussion addressing suicide prevention, stress management, and the wealth of mental health resources available to Texas Wesleyan students.

谢丽尔·尼克尔斯, President of the Alpha Theta chapter of Delta Kappa, the 国际 Honor Society of Marriage and Family Therapists, emphasized the significance of this event by stating, "Mental health stands as a pivotal aspect of our students' overall well-being, and as an educational institution, we hold a duty to furnish resources and support. The Rams 好好吃饭 marks a stride in our journey towards establishing a compassionate and well-informed community."

This event has come to fruition through a collaborative endeavor, receiving backing from esteemed entities such as the Student Government Association, the Chaplain's Office and 学生生活. The true stars of the occasion, 然而, are the dedicated students and professors from Texas Wesleyan's 研究生 School of Counseling. Working in unison, the Texas Wesleyan Alpha Theta chapter of Delta Kappa, will oversee the program. 在一起, these organizations have united their efforts to ensure that students not only gain access to indispensable information but also find a secure and nurturing space to engage in discussions on these vital subjects.

The Rams 好好吃饭 will take place in the Paul and Judy 安德鲁斯舞厅s in the Martin University Center, providing an inviting setting for attendees to come together, share experiences, and learn from experts in the field of mental health. It is a unique opportunity to build resilience, foster a culture of care, and promote overall well-being.
